  How our Scanning Service Works
 
Collection of  Documents from your location.
Preparation : Prior to scanning the documents, we review the documents and remove any staples, paper clips, tags and post-it notes. Organize the documents as per framework agreed with you to ensure a smooth and accurate scanning.
 
Scanning: We use the latest scanners equipped with automated color detention and image processing applications. We scan to PDF or any other preferred format. Once the documents are scanned, then we commence index each document to the relevant main or sub-folders with the reference number for easy of search or retrieval.
 
Quality Assurance and Control: Al of our scanning services are reviewed for the quality standard to ensure that the scanning process and digitization meet the client's requirements
 
Data Delivery Medium: The scane images is normally supplied on CD, DVD and USB, as per agreement with the client.
 
Scanned Documents Shredding  and Disposal: The scanned documents are micro shredded in a high level of security and certificate of destruction is provided to clients.
 
Safe Keeping of Back-up copy in a Bank's Vault: Pacem can store the duplicate copy of the scanned record in a bank's vault, which is the most secured and fire protected place.
